Amanda Brown is an international speaker, author, transformational trainer, and the founder of The Leading Ladies Company.
Amanda is hands-on within the business, leading, coaching, training, and creating more and more wonderful ideas every day to encourage, inspire, and motivate everyone who joins in with The Leading Ladies Company.
Amanda lives each day by The LIPSTICK Principles and is committed to continuous learning so that she can share her insights, and experiences with others. She willingly shares her successes, as well as her mistakes. Her stories are inspiring . Amanda knows that by sharing her hopes, dreams, challenges, and joys, she give others permission to do the same. Authenticity is key in her world.
As Amanda shares, “I created my mission years ago and it has never changed. It is simple: ‘To help people feel great and be phenomenal!’ With Leading Ladies, I’ve taken it a step further, and now I endeavour to help 1,000,000 women to Make Life Happen!”
“When the inspiration for Leading Ladies came to me, I knew it was a life changing moment. I have loved this company from the very moment of conception. I have joked with people that it could, possibly be likened to being pregnant. As since that moment, I have cherished, and nurtured, and wanted to see it grow, and share it with the world. It has even given me sleepless nights sometimes, but it has been all worth it. Having the opportunity to connect with fabulous women all over the globe, through The Inner Circle and LIPSTICK Principles is a dream come true, and fulfils my mission of helping women to feel great and be phenomenal.”
Lisa Walsh is our Social Media and Communications “guru” and is highly motivated by connecting and inspiring people through the airwaves – her motivation is totally infectious.
Last year Lisa and her husband took a diving holiday in Thailand, and fell in love with the place, so much so, that they made the courageous decision to go out and Make their Life Happen. They turned their daydreams into reality by moving to Thailand to live a different life.
Lisa had a hugely successful seventeen-year career with a leading communications company in the UK. Now her passion for communication is connecting Leading Ladies all over the world, which she manages from her office on the beach, she can enjoy a sea view 365 days of the year!
If you want to know about turning your daydreams into reality, look no further––Lisa has the blueprint.
Her philosophy on life is simply, “Life is for living. Enjoy every moment! Take risks, learn from your mistakes, and move on. Feel blessed every day and don’t take anything for granted’.”
Shauna Stringfellow is a beam of shining positivity. She permeates calm and happiness. Her career to date has been channelled through holistic treatments and massage. After being diagnosed with cancer eighteen months ago, and given a pessimistic prognosis, she decided ‘NO!’ This was not actually how it was going to be for her. If anyone was going to decide on the length and quality of her life it was her! During treatment she focused on what she wanted most––a happy, long, and healthy life.
Fortunately for Shauna––and for us all––she has achieved her goal and is in full remission. Her aim now is to use her caring, loving, and supportive strengths to inspire others to make their lives happen and lead the life they dream about.
“Leading Ladies is creating such positive energy for women from all walks of life, giving them the tools they need to make the very best of their lives, and enabling them to turn their dreams into reality! I am honoured to be part of the team”.
Winston Churchill said it best: “I am an optimist. It does not seem too much use being anything else!”
Here is a video we shot the very first evening that Amanda shared the concept of Leading Ladies with Lisa and Shauna. Also included here are their personal and inspiring stories. They shared these stories in the first take, and demonstrate why they are both Leading Ladies. It seemed a crazy thing to do, record the first meeting, but it was such fun and made it real for us all.
